1981 The only music we made for a film. Luger from Theo van Gogh features the song "Just shine on me" sang by Julia Hazenberg aka Juliana di Atlanta.

1982 First live performance. Recorded in youth centre Midgard in the town of Middelburg in Zeeland in Holland.

1983 Television show Hotel Suburbia presented a special about so called "Wassenaarse Welle". A dutch broadcast foundation, VPRO, became interested in what the music in this rich town of Wassenaar was al about. This is an excerpt with only Ensemble Pittoresque in it. The video starts with our "manager" Jack at the time telling Bram van Splunteren about the Wassenaar scene and the upcoming album "De Wassenaarse Slag". A short performance of Maitre Satori follows.
